Meeting the physical, mental and psychological needs of children and adults of the Dayton area by providing horseback riding therapy.

About the Program:

TRI was founded in 1973 to provide riding therapy for the disabled. Students benefit from physical activity, mental stimulation, extended communication opportunities and new peer relationships. Experiences carry over into the students' every day activities by giving them the confidence to try new challenging experiences.

Credentials:
TRI, Inc., is a member in good standing with the North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA). All TRI instructors are accredited through NARHA. TRI is a non-profit organization (Tax ID #31-084-2149).

Referrals:
Students are referred to the program by parents, agencies, schools, and health care professionals. All students must be referred by their physician with supportive information from referral source.  Each student is evaluated by the TRI staff before being accepted into the program.
